Located 1km from Hunter Gleann, at Peter Drayton Wines on Hermitage Road, Wildstreak creates small-batch gin, vodka and limoncello using locally sourced botanicals and fruit—including grapes grown on the estate.
The experience is relaxed and hands-on, with guided tastings introducing you to the distinctive flavours behind each spirit. From native lemon myrtle and macadamia in the Australian Dry Gin to the vibrant Australian Rosé, there’s plenty to discover.
