We are pleased to offer a luxury solution to your transport needs. A new service, exclusively for guests of the Hunter Valley. Hunter Gleann Private Tours has developed an on-time service to accommodate our guests needs and your restaurant dining time.
When you book our private restaurant transfer service:
- You select from the allocated pick-up times,
- Select your pickup location from the list of participating venues,
- Select your restaurant from the list of local restaurants,
- You tell us any special pickup information,
- And your dinner reservation time so we ensure you are on time for dinner.
We will assess the distance from your accommodation to the restaurant, calculate the time required to get you there, make any adjustments to your pickup time and let you know the revised pickup time required to get you to dinner if there are any changes.

It’s all about the experience!
We assess from your reservation time, knowing that dinner service should take about 2 hours. We will return to the restaurant drop off point 2 hours after the reservation time to collect you. It’s fine if your meal is delayed. Simply message the driver and we’ll adjust the pickup time accordingly.
